| I bought this computer a few weeks ago, upgraded it to Windows 7 Home, and I take it with me everywhere. It's great for taking notes in class (I'm a college student) and so small I can fit it in my purse. But I don't feel that the size makes it difficult to use at all. As a matter of fact, out of all the computers I've owned or used in my life, I find this one the easiest to type on with the best accuracy. It's a great computer for internet and word processing. I would recommend it to anyone! |

I've had this computer for a week now and it is amazing. I have upgraded it to 2GB of RAM using OCZ 2GB PC2-5400 667MHz DDR2 Value SoDIMM Module (OCZ2MV6672G) and it is amazing. I have also upgraded the computer to Windows 7 Ultimate, and I am getting 9+ hours of battery life out of it. Anyone only getting 5 hours or so is clearly not using a good configuration. I used this guide to get the most out of this computer ([...]) and although it looks more like Windows XP than Windows 7, it is fine for me.
If you leave the monitor bright and all that flashy Aero interface, of course you're battery will be terrible. I'm a full time student, and I take this computer to school with me everyday and I don't even bring the power cable any more because I never need it. The 2 main choices for the EEEPC are this one, and the PU17. I feel this one is better because although the better is rated at 2 hours less, 8.5+ is enough, this one has 100GB more on the HDD, and it is a matte display, not glossy. Which helps alot when you have the brightness turned down since matte doesn't look like a giant mirror. |

| My husband ordered this for me a few weeks ago, and Ive had this for about a week and a half. This is great, I take it with me everywhere. I use this in school for any word processing I may have to do. I am in a paralegal program, so this is very useful, and a must have for me. It has a lot of storage space, and its pretty fast. I haven't had any problems with this at all, and I hope it stays that way. The battery life is accurate, 8.5 hours - I don't have to worry about bringing my adapter to school with me. This netbook looks good all around. Its very quiet also, you can barely tell its on. I love that the 1005HA-MU17 models have a matte screen, so taking this outdoors will be no issue. And best of all, its pink! :) I LOVE it! I almost forgot to mention, it fits perfectly in my purse, perfect for taking it everywhere. |

| I have had no trouble with my little Netbook. I havent had any noise or anything. It has been fantastic. Battery life is soo long which is great. Its so portable. I would totally recomend this and great price to boot. |

| I bought this computer just for online banking. It's great. I take it everywhere. Takes a little time getting use to the small screen but once I used the zoom everything was crystal clear. |
